After Kelly Clarkson filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband and former manager Brandon Blackstock, claiming he owed her more money for overstepping his legal limits, he has filed a denial and requested the suit be thrown out.

Blackstock was ordered by a California labor commissioner in November 2022 to pay Clarkson over $2.6 million for wrongfully orchestrating several business deals while serving as her managerSadie Bell is a Digital News Writer on the Music team at PEOPLE.
