Russell Bucklew, a convicted murderer and rapist, loses his appeal to be executed by lethal gas rather than lethal injection.

Russell Bucklew was convicted of murder, kidnap and rape in 1996.

His lawyers said the death penalty was in violation of the US Constitution's Eighth Amendment, which bars cruel and unusual punishment. Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote:"The Eighth Amendment does not guarantee a prisoner a painless death - something that, of course, isn't guaranteed to many people, including most victims of capital crimes."

Well if you are sober but plan to go out drinking and drive after, get involved in an incident and kill someone there’s a good case for premeditated murder That's fatal.
