The event, held at the governor's office in Ibadan, was attended by the deputy governor, Bayo Lawal; Secretary to the State Government, Professor Olanike Adeyemo; Head of Service, Mrs Olubunmi Onio; and the Deputy Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Hon.
