The Legal Practice Council has successfully applied for an urgent court order that suspended Zietta van Rensburg from continuing to practice law.
Mpumalanga High Court in Mbombela Judge Brian Mashile has urged fraud accused"body positivity" lawyer Zietta Janse van Rensburg to face a Legal Practice Council misconduct inquiry"because the more you delay it, you just destroy yourself". On Wednesday, Mashile and Acting Judge Lungile Bhengu refused Van Rensburg's application for leave to appeal her court-ordered suspension, which the LPC applied for, based on multimillion-rand fraud accusations against her and her firm.
