Terise Powe, a rapper known as Kshordy, is accused of killing a man in a September 2021 shooting. Noah Williams, also a rapper, is affiliated with the gang 1200. He's most noted for the viral song,Williams was in a car that Jacksonville police said Powe shot up on Sept. 28, 2021.

Jacksonville police investigators were on the lookout for the black Range Rover Evoke. They spotted one the following day in the Woodland Acres community. The Range Rover sped off and crashed into a pole following a brief chase.The following day, JSO's gang unit spotted a similar vehicle while surveilling the Woodland Acres community.
Investigators caught the occupants. They were identified as Powe, Zhacobe Sykes, and Lorano Span, a rapper who performs under the name La Cracka.
