A tradie who joined Islamic State begs Australia to be allowed to return. Should he come home? | mbachelard

In early 2015, Mohammed Noor Masri travelled from Sydney to Syria to join the Islamic State.

He says he was ignorant of IS's genocide, slavery and beheadings even though, months earlier, an Australian child who was the son of, was pictured on front pages holding the severed head of a Syrian soldier. He also claims that, once in Syria, he did no fighting and saw few atrocities. He kept his head down and used his skills as a tradesman to work in the hospital in the IS capital, Raqqa, he says.

Can we believe him? Should the Australian government return him and his family to a country he describes as "Normal living. Civilised people. Clean streets. People who use their brain. And again, home"? Australian born Mohammed Noor Masri from Roselands in Sydney is in Kurdish custody in Northern Syria.

mbachelard Yep come home and kill more no way

mbachelard Security threat. No. Simple. Should have thought of that before betraying a country that allowed you in, and joining an extremist group that’s against country’s like ours. Stupid decisions can have life changing consequences you’ll have to live with. Welcome to being an adult.

mbachelard NEVER.. regardless of his previous trade. He should suffer the consequences of the evil decisions he made when joining ISIS. That’s his karma!!

mbachelard Stay away from Australia! Not to return. His wife and children also should not come home as they will be dangerous on Australian soil.

mbachelard Nope, stay the fuck there.

mbachelard No

mbachelard No, you handed that privilege in at the airport when you left Australia.

mbachelard Do you have any idea how hard it is to get a tradie in Melbourne?

mbachelard no

mbachelard No. He has been beheading people over there, he can stay there.

mbachelard Well well, another stupid Australian wanting to come back to the best country ever. You made your bed mate sleep in it.

mbachelard No

mbachelard NO

mbachelard So, he only wants to come back now, because ISIS is losing the hold on Syria.

mbachelard You live by the sword you die by it.... his choices are potentially a threat to our safety .... he can’t be trusted

mbachelard no

mbachelard No

mbachelard No .

mbachelard Nope

mbachelard No, cannot be trusted.

mbachelard A big NO!

mbachelard No

mbachelard Without question, Yes

mbachelard Of course he can't come back. He should face justice from brave Kurdish defenders & be shot along with other isis terrorists.

mbachelard This shouldn’t even be a question, Australia is not his home, never was, he needs to stay in whatever shit hole he’s in.

mbachelard No

mbachelard No!

mbachelard This man deserves 1 thing from Australia. Our utter contempt.

mbachelard hell no

mbachelard No sympathy. His home is no longer here. Bye bye

mbachelard Nope. the cheek.

mbachelard He made his bed

mbachelard He photographed himself with lifeless human being heads, and he was smiling, he was enjoying the moment.

mbachelard No, he killed, executed, beheaded many people, let him stay there.

mbachelard How is this even news or a question? You made your bed, lie in it. Stop giving these traitors air time! We’re sick of it!

mbachelard NO!an Australian

mbachelard NO ! NO! an Australian

mbachelard no way

mbachelard Anyone who has any point joined, or voiced their approval of IS should never have the option to return. Let that be known from the get go.

mbachelard No

mbachelard

mbachelard Sorry mate I don't feel that compassionate today. ...have one message for you- you help terrorise, rape, murder ppl.-now you are pleading for compassion? You might well stay there to help rebuild the country you destroyed first...then...thinking about it.

mbachelard NO!

mbachelard No. He betrayed the country.

mbachelard No

mbachelard Only his poor children

mbachelard Yeahh,,,, na!

mbachelard No, thanks for the offer but there are consequences and you need to suffer them...not the whole of the country!

mbachelard He is Home !!

mbachelard Send him a bottle of Nembutal with a card from the Australian people

mbachelard He made the choice to go and murder and we dont want him back near our shores😠

mbachelard No😠

mbachelard what home? He left here to go home and fight to become a terrorist and Join Isis. Sorry Mate, you don’t get to eat your cake and have it too.

mbachelard Simply NO - let’s not be conned into a sympathetic “soft spot”. Citizenship chopped and border protection on alert - just in case

mbachelard A Tradie eh. If we let him in he probably wouldn’t turn up.

mbachelard Funny really. I knew what a murderous, beheading bunch of bastards they were. How did Mr Masri miss that. It was all over the papers.

mbachelard Um, that's a hard no. He's a security threat

mbachelard the second you join islamic state, australia is no longer your home.

mbachelard 'Should we let him (and anyone else) back in if IS had won?' ⬅️ This should put all debates to rest

mbachelard The naive, socialist left and religious extremists will encourage his return. The astute, the pragmatists, the workers, those who don't subscribe to political correctness, indeed the vast majority of Aussies will correctly and strongly oppose the return of a dangerous extremist.

mbachelard let him rot

mbachelard No mercy for traitors.

mbachelard

mbachelard He’s free to buy a plane ticket and see what happens. Unless his begging is for taxpayers to pay for his whole family’s trip, in which case the answer should be no.

mbachelard No get fucked

mbachelard Yes

mbachelard No
