According to court documents, the incidents involving Rogers occurred between October and November of 2023.

Image of the University of Washington football player charged with two counts of felony rape at a UW game. The King County Prosecutor charged a University of Washington football player with two counts of felony rape after he was arrested in the U District on Friday.

In a statement from a University of Washington spokesperson, the school said they were "aware of the arrest of a football student-athlete by the Seattle Police Department."Court documents state he raped two college students who did not appear to know each other. Rogers met her at her apartment on Oct. 23, ignored her pleas, and forced her to do a sexual act for 10 minutes, according to court documents.

The University of Washington Intercollegiate Athletics Department is aware of the arrest of a football student-athlete by the Seattle Police Department. The student-athlete has been suspended from all team activities until further notice. The UW will continue to gather facts and cooperate with law enforcement, as requested.

The UW Football website states Rogers then played in the Sugar Bowl and the CFP Championship Game against Michigan.
