The uMkhonto we Sizwe (MK) Party challenges the imprisonment of former President Jacob Zuma, claiming he was denied his constitutional rights to a fair trial. The party takes the matter to the Electoral Court to contest the Independent Electoral Commission's decision to exclude Zuma from their candidate list.
