The Code of Conduct Tribunal has dismissed the no-case submission made by the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria , Justice Walter Onnoghen, and ordered him to enter his defence on Monday.
That tribunal judge is acting according to Aso Rock directive. The judiciary should see what is happening beyond Onoghen but a deliberate attempt by the cabals to bring the judiciary under it firm control
