A US lawyer suing Daniel Kinahan has won his case and will today formally ask a judge for the mobster to pay him up to $30M. Top lawyer Mr Montalvo sued former boxing firm MTK Global and Kinahan on behalf of promoter Moses Heredia, who is seeking damages for the alleged poaching of boxer JoJo Diaz - in a major RICO case that has gone on for nearly four years.
