The former attorney general provided new documents to the justice committee, including emails, texts and an explosive 17-minute recording of a conversation between her and Michael Wernick. Listen here:

Copies of texts and emails and a written statement that former justice minister and attorney general Jody Wilson-Raybould submitted to the House justice committee were released today. Wilson-Raybould had provided the trove of documents to back up her allegation that she was pressured to intervene in SNC-Lavalin’s criminal case. The company desperately wanted the chance to negotiate a remediation agreement that would avoid a criminal trial on charges of bribery.

She was denied a chance to appear a second time at the committee. Her response includes a 17-minute recording of a conversation she had with Privy council clerk Michael Wernick. A Minister who suffers from outside pressure after having taken her decision in 24 hours. Don't bother me with facts my mind is made up.

Illegal pressure is in the eye of the beholder. Looks like she was plotting/planning this for a while.

That phone call was boring. Proves she had an agenda from th beginning.

Yes. Read the conversation where one self serving person knew it was being recorded an just happened to drop lines like 'Saturday Night Massacre' and 'Other shoe to drop' Real question is: is she looking for a book deal or a movie deal or a Conservative trophy
