Jesse Michael Harris, 31, of no fixed address, has been sentenced to time deemed served and probation after pleading guilty to three offences.
Ferguson pleaded guilty to the charge on Aug. 22, 2023. The matter was adjourned to allow time for a pre-sentence report to be prepared and for sentencing. They include failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking, to have no contact with an individual and to not attend a certain address; failing to attend court in accordance with an appearance notice; and failing to comply with a condition of a release order, to refrain from having any direct or indirect contact or communication with an individual.
Sarah Jean Jacobs, 33, of New Minas, has been fined for having a blood alcohol concentration that was equal to or exceeded the legal limit within two hours of ceasing to operate a conveyance.
