Justice Ahmed Mohammed of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, will on April 4, 2019 decide whether the former Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation , on a six-count charge of non-declaration of assets and money laundering to the tune of $9, 800, 000 has a case to answer.
The judge will also decide on April 1, 2019, whether to allow Yakubu travel for medical trip to United Kingdom .
