Bradley more than doubled its office space when it first moved to Fountain Place. Now, it’s growing again.

Work is now underway to add the 34th floor to its offices near the Arts District.Bradley has more than tripled in size since it was first founded in Dallas.
Bradley has a specialty in areas such as complex litigation, business divorce, health care, real estate, corporate, M&A, energy, government enforcement and emerging business matters.A CBRE team of Fletcher Cordell, Dennis Barnes and Jackie Marshall handle leasing at Fountain Place. Fountain Place was constructed in 1986 and recently underwent a $70 million renovation. It also recently revealed it would launch anDallas City Council is slated to consider an ordinance to amend and add fees tied to permitting, engineering, inspections and other items on March 27. With the higher fees set to impact both residential and commercial projects, the city’s development services department could fill a more than $20 million funding gap.
