A former chief executive who was acquitted of stalking one of the country’s top models has taken police to court after he was cleared of stalking another woman.

However, the former chief executive returned to court the next year to sue NSW Police for what he alleged was wrongful arrest, false imprisonment and malicious prosecution. The District Court judge erred in his 2023 findings, Mr Reeves’ legal team argued during an appeal hearing on Monday.
