A police statement of facts said the fire brigade had already arrived when police found the 59-year-old beside her badly damaged Mercedes-Benz in November. The level was only fractionally below the more serious level four alcohol concentration reading, which attracts a higher penalty.The officers also said her speech was slurred and she was unsteady as she walked, with police observing she was "well under the influence".She was issued with a court attendance notice, and immediately banned from driving in the ACT for 90 days.
