BREAKING NEWS: The South African Human Rights Commission SAHRC says EFF leader JuliusMalema's comments are offensive but do not legally qualify as hate speech.

JOHANNESBURG - The South African Human Rights Commission has found EFF leader Julius Malema’s latest statement on race offensive but says that it does not legally qualify as hate speech.

The commission has been investigating 5 complaints in which Malema allegedly made offensive statements between 2016 to 2018.
