Trinity Kitchen has announed the food court's latest vendors with an eye-catching new addition

The shopping centre has announced the latest additions to their food court. Leeds restaurant Stuzzi’s deep fried lasagne van looks like being a highlight of this latest rotation.

The deep fried lasagne van by Stuzzi is bringing the restaurant's street food concept to life. You can enjoy four different deep-fried lasagne flavours including tomato, mozzarella and basil, sausage and pea, four cheese and the classic - all coated in breadcrumbs and deep-fried until golden brown. Other options such as loaded ragu fries and deep-fried olives are also on the menu, with vegan and gluten free options available.

The new arrivals will be trading alongside permanent eateries including Archie’s, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, Pizzaluxe and Doner Shack. You can find out more here.
