IPOH: The case of a senior police officer being charged with murder for the death of a secondary school student in a road accident has been transfered to the High Court.

When met after the proceedings, Afzainizam said cases can be transferred to the High Court under Section 177A of the Criminal Procedure Code and added that a date for the proceedings will then be determined
