A man convicted for shooting and killing his girlfriend in September 2020 at a Jacksonville Amazon center was sentenced to life without parole on Friday. The incident occurred at the Amazon center on Pecan Park Road, where they both worked. The surveillance video from Amazon shows two people walking downstairs, then one person running to the right while the other falls into plastic bins. The trial lasted two days and included the prosecution playing the surveillance video.
