Nearly half do not trust Supreme Court to handle Trump immunity case fairly

The Supreme Court has slipped in its approval rating in recent years after decisions in matters such as abortion have caused outrage from the Left.from September 2023 shows that the Supreme Court had a net disapproval rating of 58% to 41%, with its approval rating being negative since 2021, according to the pollster.to hear Trump’s immunity claims on April 25, with a decision expected in the weeks following the oral arguments.

The immunity claims by Trump are in the former president’s 2020 election subversion case in federal court in Washington, D.C. The trial has been placed on hold until the immunity claims can be resolved. A federal circuit court and federal appeals court have already rejected Trump’s claims.
