Human trafficking campaign rescues 16 missing children during Super Bowl weekend Sixteen children can return home safely thanks to a human trafficking recovery campaign during Super Bowl weekend.

Authorities investigated suspects in Las Vegas and gathered 623 possible human trafficking connections with 95 verified leads. "It's our goal to bring these kids back to the safety of their own homes and leading up to the Super Bowl, we are able to make a huge impact in a big way," Sara Weller said. "Coming together, all these collaborative resources, people giving their time, law enforcement as well to work these cases to get as much information as we can."
