The Court of Appeal, Sokoto Division, on Monday, set aside the judgment delivered by the Zamfara High Court, allowing the All Progressives Congress (APC) to field candidates in the 2019 Election.

The appeal was filed by Kabiru Marafa, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Petroleum and 129 others through his counsel, Mike Ozhekome, SAN.

Mr Yakubu said judges have the legal power to produce judgment and reach decisions with reason, noting that in the instant case, it was not done. The News Agency of Nigeria reports that a Zamfara High Court recognised the primary election that produced governorship, state and national assembly candidates held by APC in the state and declared that INEC should accept the party candidates for the elections.

A firm judiciary will uphold democracy.

Another down. D law will take its cause.

So after all the ringing by MBuhari and his party APCNigeria APCUKingdom. Karma

I think the judiciary wants to set the country on fire

This is a declaratory judgement. The PDP candidates should be given certificates of return pending when the Supreme Court unturned the judgement-opinion mine.

We must watch the judiciary,I think there target is the presidential election, they are only testing ground with all this.We are warning them, not to jeopardize the peace of this country.

Hmmmm! God works in a miraculous way, He allowed APC to participate in the election in other to prevent the bloodbath and killings of innocent people by APC and Military as witnessed in Rivers, because He knows that APC is evil. May His name be Glorified.

Most of just read headline &comment blindly.. its hot nothing to do with PDP, its for inter-party issues. Read the story before commenting.
