The Chinese government's possible access to American data through TikTok and AI being used to influence elections were also discussed. National Intelligence Director Avril Haines said the Gaza conflict will likely have a "generational impact on terrorism." Pro-Palestinian protestors interrupted the hearing several times. Despite the pushback, the Biden Administration's plans for the war were laid out several times.
