New law will remove Victorian defence of ‘reasonable punishment’ by parents

Parents are to be banned from physically punishing children under legislation being introduced on Monday by the Welsh government.

The state act like violent, sadistic parents who say: 'Do as we say, not as we do'.

When I was a kid, my mum used to beat the shit out of us any time we pissed her off. She remarried and let the step dad do it too. When I was 13 and fought back from a beating they were both giving me one day, they called the police on me! I was arrested for assault. Scotland

Just adults will be allowed to use smack.

Welsh kids about to be as annoying as US kids.
