Jake Parkinson, 22, of Bow Lane, Preston, is due to appear for trial on Monday

A man will appear in court charged with manslaughter following the death Jack Jermy-Doyle in Preston.

Jack, 25, died following an incident on the junction of Harris Street and Birley Street on August 12, 2022. There had been an altercation with two individuals. He was taken to hospital but died two days later. His family continue to be supported by specially trained officers.A second man Jak Fairclough, 29, of Blackpool Road, Preston, has previously pleaded guilty to a charge of manslaughter and will be sentenced at a later date.
