We can't reverse thousands of years of female repression within 70 years. It will take time for enough women to attain the professional qualifications, experience and mindset to challenge men for jobs. The pace of getting to a 50/50 position will accelerate. You will get there.

At least half should have a deep knowledge of the bible which is the source of godly wisdom so that they can make wise judgements rather than just relying on relative morality/equality and case law.

Why because they’re female? NO! Positions have to be earned not given just based on your sex!

Shocking that a respected figure should come out with a statement like this. Wither meritocracy and enter tokenism. Very disappointing.

Even if they are not the best qualified fro the job, yeah let’s sacrifice standards

I believe all the uk judiciary should be democratically selected (LIKE IN AMERICA).. their records scrutinized and Put before the will of the people they judge over .............ATM there a self-selecting oligarchy...no accountability

I’d actually like to try it with ALL positions of power belonging to women for a few hundred years just to see what that’s like. Can’t possibly be worse than it is now.

100% of all judiciary jobs should go to the best people for the position, regardless of sex.

Should we have 50% females in the construction sites? How about sewer cleaners? Why not have representation by class and gender? How about middle class hod carriers (women in countries like India work such jobs) What do you think Janice4Brexit

And not in freemason child trafficking rings.
