Meredith's lawyer says they plan to appeal the ruling.

) -District Court Judge Zach Moore listened to several hours of testimony about the Carrie Meredith’s character and the circumstances surrounding an alleged inappropriate picture originally being brought up to Meredith on February 2nd of last year. Meredith, who is a mandatory reporter, testified that a student originally said she was told about another student having pictures of her former science teacher Jonathan Sauers on her phone.

The principal says Meredith told them if anyone asked to tell them the meeting was about the act, she says Meredith then talked to the girls about the test so that wouldn’t be a lie. Both Meredith and the principal testified that since no inappropriate pictures were found and none of the girls said they were inappropriate they didn’t report it to DHR but instead called the first two girl’s parents to let them know what was going on.
