FILE -- Basma Alkelezli is charged in the death of a newborn found in a car in a parking lot in Hilliard. The investigation started back in September, when investigators were called to the family's home.Body camera footage showed Hilliard police finding a baby wrapped in a plastic bag, and stuffed in a bucket in the trunk of an SUV.
We spoke to some neighbors after police made that gruesome discovery -- but they did not want to be a camera.
