The High Court has heard that Enoch Burke is still being paid his full salary despite being dismissed from his role as a teacher at Wilson’s Hospital School over a year ago.

Mr Burke was suspended with pay from Wilson’s Hospital School after he refused to recognise a transgender student by their preferred pronouns.
