Christopher Luis Del Toro’s blood-alcohol was more than twice the legal limit when he crashed into Jessica Brill’s car, killing her in a head-on collision.

A San Antonio man with a lengthy criminal record has been sentenced to 60 years in prison after being found guilty of intoxication manslaughter. A jury found Christopher Luis Del Toro, 42, guilty of killing Jessica Brill and injuring one of her daughters in a head-on crash on the South Side on March 27, 2022.
