over an alleged effort to subvert the 2020 election is seeking to block his former law partner from speaking to the judge who is weighing if Fulton County District Attorney, filed his motion on Thursday, just days after an unprecedented evidentiary hearing in which Wade’s former law partner Terrence Bradley refused to answer questions he believed could violate attorney-client privilege.

Bradley is slated to have the in-camera hearing with McAfee on Feb. 26 after the two-day hearing last week in which he could barely answer questions during his testimony due to objections from both parties in the case.
