Alabama's Friday ruling presents unique ramifications that may have a potential impact on fertility treatments and the freezing of embryos, which hadproperty by the courts.

"Let's be clear: Donald Trump is responsible for these attacks on women's right to make their own health care decisions and he and Haley keep proving how dangerous they'd be in office if they get the chance. There’s nothing moderate about Nikki Haley or Donald Trump's extreme anti-choice agendas and South Carolinians are fed up with their attacks on reproductive freedoms.
