The other two lawsuits are tied to a woman who claims Jones is her biological father.

Jones said in an affidavit that, if deposed, he would testify that he does not recall meeting the woman or taking a photo with her. He said he did not sexually assault her and called the allegations “categorically false.”, but the defendants’ attorneys have requested the date be reset to no sooner than March 3, 2025 “to conduct formal discovery.

This contradicts a filing made by Jones and his attorneys saying Davis asked whether he “wanted to make a deal” and that she filed litigation after he “declined to pay,” the lawsuit says.The latest movement in the case was a hearing earlier this month at the federal court in Texarkana where the defense attorneys, once again, asked the judge to dismiss the lawsuit.
