MANILA, Philippines: National Hockey League (NHL) player Jaccob Slavin of the Carolina Hurricanes and his wife Kylie have announced that they have partnered with the International Justice Mission (IJM) in the hopes of reaching $1 million in the fight against child online exploitation in the Philippines.

MANILA, Philippines: National Hockey League player Jaccob Slavin of the Carolina Hurricanes and his wife Kylie have announced that they have partnered with the International Justice Mission in the hopes of reaching $1 million in the fight against child online exploitation in the Philippines.On Sunday, Slavin launched the Fight For Freedom campaign on his X handle, with a minute-long video explaining it. A separate handle was also created for the said campaign.

'The money raised in this campaign will specifically go towards fighting against the online sexual exploitation of children in the Philippines,' Slavin said in the video.According to Slavin's wife, they will try to raise the $1 million, by means of a matching grant, which means for up to $500,000, they will try to personally match every dollar.
