State witness and police officer Sergeant Vusumuzi Mogane will be re-examined on Thursday, 9 November in the trial-within-a-trial of the five men accused of killing Senzo Meyiwa.
On Thursday, 9 November the defence finished cross-examining Mogane on his evidence regarding the alleged confession by accused 2 Bongani Ntanzi and pointing out by accused 1 Muzikawukhulelwa Sibiya. for the murder of the soccer star, Muzikawukhulelwa Sibiya, Bongani Ntanzi, Mthobisi Prince Mncube, Mthokoziseni Maphisa and Fisokuhle Nkani Ntuli.
Court proceedings normally start at 10:00, adjourn at 13:00 for lunch and resume again at 14:00. However, due to unforeseen circumstances on a particular day there are delays and sometimes court adjourns for either tea or lunch earlier than the set times indicated above.
