SHAH ALAM: The High Court here set next Wednesday for the decision on the bail application of two teenagers charged with the murder of Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Nazrin Hassan.

The High Court here set next Wednesday for the decision on the bail application of two teenagers charged with the murder of Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Nazrin Hassan.

Defence lawyer Hisyam Teh Poh Teik said the High Court could exercise discretion to allow bail as both the defendants were below 16 years old when the alleged offence occurred. Jamil had also said that the claims of sexual and physical assault against one of the teenagers were unfounded. Earlier this month, Nazrin's widow Samirah Muzaffar, 44, and the two teenagers, 13 and 16, had claimed trial over the murder of Nazrin.
