vanguardngr D message from d Nigerian Judicial System is simple:Make sure u steal in trillions, billions or at least millions, so we can hv some of it & ask u to return 10% in d name of 'plea bargain'.We will punish u hard if u waste our siti tim by stealing small tins cos u will pay double

vanguardngr Pick pocket should have stolen an iPhone instead of ITEL palasa

vanguardngr This is the Nigerian judicial system. I thought the thief should have been given the opportunity of a 'Plea Bargain' to pay less than the worth of the phone. Or is it because it did not run in 'Billions'?
