The immediate past Chief Judge of Anambra State, Professor Peter Umeadi has insisted that the only solution to Nigeria’s socio-political impasse is for an Igbo person to become the president of the country for eight years.
The retired Chief Judge made this known during his reception into the All Progressive Grand Alliance at his hometown in Nri, Anaocha Local Government Area, Anambra state.Umeadi called on Igbo stakeholders, elders and other well-meaning individuals to champion the Igbo course and work unanimously to produce a presidency from South East Zone.
He commended Gov Obiano for judiciously piloting the affairs of the state, especially as it concerns prompt payment of workers salary and general welfare of the masses.
