The police on Thursday arraigned an applicant, Chigozie Jude, in a Wuse Zone II Chief Magistrates’ Court for allegedly stealing 53 cartons of tiles and two Italian doors worth N150,000.The Prosecutor, Mr O. Udure, told the court that the case was reported on Jan. 7, at Wuye Police Station by one Yakubu Paul of Maitama Extension Mpape road, Abuja.The offence, he said, contravened the provisions of Sections 287 of the Penal Code.
