Fury as Army hero faces murder trial over Bloody SundayVETERANS reacted with fury yesterday after prosecutors said they will charge a former Paratrooper with murder for his role in the Bloody Sunday shootings nearly 50 years ago. Typical establishment Send the troops in to do the dirty work and when the shit hits the fan Blame someone but themselves Absolute disgrace, given the release & pardon of terrorist & comfort letters sent to terrorists large. Political sacrifice is what has just happened to the previously exonerated soldier. Not excusing what he potentially did but round up & lock up all terrorists again too then Join the British Army. Be sent to where you don't want to be to do a policing job you don't want and are not trained to do and then be prosecuted for doing the job. No wonder recruitment is down. This will really lift it.
