The Kinabatangan MP says incidents of party-hopping are prevalent, especially in Sabah, and always happens after a general election.

KUALA LUMPUR: A Barisan Nasional MP has proposed that Parliament enact an anti-hopping law, likening those who jumped to other parties to frogs and monkeys.

“I definitely recommend that an anti-hopping law be brought by Parliament,” he said in reply to Ahmad Maslan . Bung, who is also Sabah Umno chairman, said these crossovers were by people who had lost their dignity.
