DAILY POST recalls that the tribunal on September 8th, 2023 nullified the election of Nnamchi of the Labour Party and declared Prince Cornelius Nnaji winner of the February 25 polls. The three-man panel led by A. M.
Abubakar held that the LP candidate was not qualified to contest the election as he never resigned from the university before seeking the new position.
