President Trump shakes hands with Supreme Court Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. after the State of the Union address at the Capitol on Feb. 5. By Aaron Blake Aaron Blake Senior political reporter, writing for The Fix Email Bio Follow March 19 at 1:42 PM President Trump promised his supporters an unprecedented amount of winning — so much that they would get tired of it. But to deliver on that, he’s often had to go it alone.
One expert on administrative law, William W. Buzbee, said people in the administration “don’t even come close” to explaining their actions, “making it very easy for the courts to reject them because they’re not doing their homework.” Another regulatory skeptic, Jonathan H. Adler of Case Western Reserve University, added, “If your goal is to change policy, the little extra time” to explain “is worth it.”
This may also be symptomatic of the kind of people Trump has installed to run various agencies. A number of them have proved to be wild cards with sketchy on-the-job conduct , and that perhaps filters down to the policy level. The Environmental Protection Agency, for instance, has seen a real rift between experienced career professionals and political appointees who have apparently decided to go it alone.
Fake news just like the 9th circuit is a fake court.
Until it gets to Supreme Court 😆
Trump should consider filing declaratory judgment actions in “friendly” courts whenever a controversy would predictably lead to opponents filing suit in a hostile court. Trump should file suit first and consolidate all activity in one court, to defeat judge shopping.
LOL, he's not loosing, the court system is weaponized by the left - everyone sees it. Trump 2020!

Only on the pages of The Bezos Post. I used to deliver The Post as a kid. It was heavy and loaded with boring news, as it should be. Now it’s light on news and heavy on BS opinion piece theories that rarely pan out. I give it a 2: Only fit for a birdcage.
