- San Francisco officials on Tuesday proposed legislation that would ban the sale of e-cigarettes from companies such as Juul until a review by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, as part of the city’s efforts to tackle underage vaping.
A statement from the City Attorney’s office said the legislation would prevent e-cigarette company Juul from expanding on city property if engaged in the sale, manufacture and distribution of tobacco products. Earlier in March, the FDA released formal plans to curb the sale of flavored e-cigarettes and slow a surge in teenage use of the popular nicotine devices.
But let’s legalize marijuana?
Yes
You may as well just tell everyone that’s trying to quit smoking to pick up a few packs from the corner store because y’all greedy and want them tax dollars off smokes
So they should
It’s OK to spoke pot, but not e-cigs?😎

Am I getting this right: Cannabis is fine but safer nicotine is not? Hypocrites.
Why?
Name a worse city than San Francisco. -homeless everywhere -syringes on trolleys -rent is absurdly expensive -snobby people I'm serious. Name one.
is there anything that isn't banned in SF?
That seems harsh! Will I still be able to do heroin downtown?
Plastic will be the death of us.
America banning cigarettes but not guns. 🤔
They want to provide safe heroin injection sites but ban e-cigarettes.
Good luck......
Seems like they’re trying to force more people to heroine 😂
And yet hundreds shoot up on their streets. Priorities.
Why?
