A jury of six men and six women, including three African-Americans, was selected in Harrisburg last week and will be sequestered in a Pittsburgh hotel for the duration of the trial, expected to take a week or more.via Facebook The shooter was Zaijuan Hester, 18, of Swissvale, who pleaded guilty Friday to aggravated assault and firearms violations for the incident that wounded a man in the abdomen. Hester told a judge he — and not Rose — did the shooting. A judge ruled Monday jurors will hear evidence of that incident, but likely will not hear about a robbery that occurred several hours earlier.

Waisting taxpayers money because the case was decided before trial Justified. The system doesn’t let officers go to jail for killing black men. Even if you have evidence to prove that the officer was wrong the system is broken. And it’s a racist system some are anyway

Waste of time.

We have so many great people working in the service of our communities. Sadly a few are not suitable. Each station knows who may react with excessive behavior. I'm asking to have a more extensive psychological evaluation before graduation. This would be better for all.
