Abuja – An FCT High Court Kubwa, on Tuesday, adjourned until April 17, hearing in a bail application filed by Zakari Kaura, Isah Mohammed and Isiaka Abubakar over alleged possession of fire arms.
Ogbonnaya in her ruling noted that the prosecutor told the court that she would not be able to respond to the Defence counsel, Samson Paul ‘s bail application served on her. She added that she had written to Suleja Prisons to find out about Kaura’s health status and had not gotten a reply which will determine if she would oppose to the bail.
