Robert De Niro shouts 'shame on you' at ex-assistant in explosive court trial

Robert De Niro, the Oscar-winning actor, lost his cool in a New York courtroom this week. He shouted "shame on you!" at his former assistant, Graham Chase Robinson, who is suing him for millions of dollars, accusing him of being abusive.

When she quit, Graham was reportedly earning $300,000 per year but was frustrated by her interactions with De Niro's girlfriend Tiffany Chen, with whom he recently welcomed his seventh child. "That's nonsense," he retorted. "You got us all here for this?" He then told Robert he called Graham "b***h to her face."

The actor confessed that he didn't have any written rules for his employees, instead relying on "rules of common sense." He promoted Graham to vice president of Canal Productions, but her duties remained the same.
