Stephen Galbraith admitted culpable and reckless conduct when he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court yesterday, where he further pled guilty to three assault charges.

Stephen Galbraith then left the pram and baby on the road while he boarded in Rutherglen. The 33-year-old went on to argue with the driver and punched a passenger's head into a window which smashed.

The court heard that Galbraith had attempted to flag down buses and shouted at them as they passed. A witness noticed Galbraith approach a set of traffic lights with a pram which contained a child. Prosecutor Ryan Watson said: "On being ready to move off, Galbraith put the buggy with the child still within in front of the bus to stop it moving. He left the buggy there and made his way on the bus himself."

Mr Watson said: "As passengers left the bus, he punched an unknown passenger who hit his had on the window causing it to smash."
