CHRISTCHURCH, New Zealand: New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern promised on Tuesday that the man responsible for last week'swould face"the full force of the law", as she vowed never to utter his name.

"He is a terrorist. He is a criminal. He is an extremist. But he will, when I speak, be nameless," she said.
